Apparently it’s time for me to leave my 2nd childhood and enter what is commonly referred to as oblivion. Nobody will give me a job, I can’t make any money with my music or other talents and I can’t seem to promote my home-safe, kid-safe robot gaming toys for kids or even sell anything that I’ve created … see the websites: http://www.opecofthewest.com/ - http://lrobotorium.com/ - http://www.r2pv1.com/ - http://www.autorobotgames.org/ - http://www.brainless.org/ |

I’ve tried to be productive, but
the world I grew-up in is very different than the world I have to live in. I want to live in a nice world … not this
world. There just doesn’t seem to be
any reason to continue beating on this dying horse. |

Kai Crow at the Norwegian Seaman’s Church in San
Francisco I thought we were on friendly
terms until he decided to join the ranks to undermine the FREE help I was
providing to the church as PC tech, webmaster and the annual Santa/Nissarne …
but no … like so many other people he jumped on the chance to lie, cheat and
steal away with my credibility and pride.
It didn’t last forever, but for that kind of personality I have no
fond thoughts other than I guess he has a loser personality. So many times it’s said to “Forgive and
Forget.” … but how does one forgive when the ratfink can’t even apologize for
screwing up your well being and character?

MatlockLawGroup Walnut Creek Anne-Leith & Brian Matlock July 2007 I am referred to the MatlockLawGroup
by the SF Bay Area Lawyers Association … when I show up for the appointment
Anne-Leith is only 15-minutes late
and her husband Brian is “on his way”.
I explain what I want to do and ask how best to protect myself. Anne-Leith tells me I need to apply for a
patent as soon as possible. I tell
her I want to patent my idea for “Dual Action Servos” first and see how that
goes. She say’s I need to give her
the details for the “Dual Action Servos”, but that I should also give her
everything about the Robot Gaming Systems too so they can get to work on
everything right away and have me fully protected by the end of the
month. I gave her a $1,000 retainer
for starters … she said the first patent shouldn’t cost more than
$3,000. … they hadn’t done any work for
me other than have me fill out dozens of forms about my product ideas … forms
that looked like I was filing the patent myself! After 90-day’s I fired the losers because I finally filed my
own (freehand) provisional patent application and it was accepted by the
USPTO for $100. I know lawyers are liars and
cheats … but I thought lawyers are supposed to lie and cheat for their
clients … NOT to their clients! |

Alpha Used Cars, San Diego I bought a used mini van
including 120-day insurance to bring it back if there are problems with the
vehicle or I change my mind and want something different. After 2-weeks driving the van I
find it’s a piece of junk … crappy mileage, breaks are bad and squeaking all
the time when I try to stop … no power … squeaking noises when making turns
and on and on and on … The car dealer Alpha in San Diego
… Bruce … the entire 120-day’s I’m complaining he refused to take the car
back … he had “his” garage check things out and they said everything is okay …
I got them to replace the bad
breaks … they charged me $120 and the breaks still squeaked … when I moved to
Tucson, AZ I took the car to another garage that said the breaks needed
changing because they were rubbing on the rotors … damn garage in San Diego
didn’t fix anything but took my money and still I couldn’t trade the car back
to the dealer to get something else or my money back! The Tucson garage also replaced
the spark plugs and my mileage jumped from about 10-MPG to about 17-MPG … after
highway driving it moved up to over 20-MPG while driving on the highway … in
town the mileage is still in the crapper.

24hr. Locksmith, Hayward The ignition lock on my car has
always been a little loose … a few times the key wouldn’t insert all the way
in and I have to wriggle it … after awhile I had to poke a pen knife into the
lock and wriggle that around before I could get the key in to start the
car. I finally called an automobile
locksmith to come and fix it. His
telephone estimate was $120 + parts … if he replaces all the parts that could
be another $150. He had me sign a
bunch of papers at the start … messed around with the lock for maybe
20-minutes, game me a key he ground in the back of his pickup truck and told
me he was going to get me a “dealer key” … he left keeping my original key
and the key he left me with was just a ground copy … not a dealer key as
promised. He got in his truck, handed me
the receipt from my credit card charge and took off before I could even look
at the paperwork. The bill was
$657! No wonder he took off so fast …
he didn’t want to get killed for lying and cheating me. When I goto start the car the key
he left me with has to be wriggled around in the lock to get it to go all the
way into the lock … it’s a little better than it was, but he told me he had
to replace the cylinder, spades and inner housing. I’m not sure he changed anything but the key … the newly ground
key has one nearly flat side and the other side looks about normal … but he
kept one of my original keys I gave him to work on the car … when I compare
the key to my spare key it’s obvious he ground down one side so it doesn’t
push on the pins inside the lock ???
Hence the thing needs wriggling to get it to work! |

ComCast cable and Romeo 510-772-1126 I first started with ComCast
cable June 2007. They put me on a
“Silver +” service with cable TV and 12mbps internet access. I got some TV channels and complained that
I wasn’t getting all the channels promised.
I complained about the internet speeds because uploading was slower
than a standard telephone modem although downloading was okay. I complained for over a year
about my ComCast TV service and upload speeds … that some days the internet service
systems seemed to be completely shut down.
My TV shows would pixilated, stop/pause with crappy pictures etc… I had been getting a call about
once a week from ComCast sales people asking me to sign-up for their
telephone service. I kept telling each
of them that until ComCast fixes the pixilated pictures on the TV and my
upload and even download speeds on the internet I had no intention of adding
any other ComCast services. Finally
Sunday or Monday July 6th or 7th ComCast’s Romeo calls
me … before he gets started I tell him I don’t want telephone service until
ComCast fixes the other problems. He
tells me that’s what he’s calling me about … getting my service working as it
should. After talking to Romeo for maybe
20-minutes or I think much longer he agreed that I wouldn’t pay any
installation fees, my TV service would remain the same but they’d give me a
free ComCast cable box or DVR for “On Demand” shows and that I can get the HD
Science Channel from the “On Demand” service and see all the shows I’ve
missed because of the screwed-up ComCast cable. I explained I had an HD TiVo and
TV and wanted to get the full HD resolution TV pictures not the crappy
pixilated stuff ComCast was sending down the wire. He said my monthly bill would not
change … that there was no charge for the added telephone service or ComCast
cable box. He setup an appointment
for Wednesday morning to have everything fixed even saying they’ll install an
amplifier out on the street to boost the signals to the apartment complex
here because I had told him everybody here complains about the crappy ComCast
service. Wednesday the service technician
comes and installs a new cable modem giving me telephone service and said he
upgraded me to 6mbps internet service.
He said he was done … I asked him what about the ComCast TV cable box,
fixing the pixilated pictures etc… He said he only had a new service order
for the telephone and nothing to do with my TV service. He said I had to call the ComCast 800
number and order the rest. I called Romeo and left a message
asking him what’s going on, I didn’t’ get anything he promised but the
telephone. I called the ComCast 800 number
and complained and they said they could send a tech out Friday July 11
between 8am and 10am … I explained I had an HD TiVo again and wanted to get
the channels I had before as promised by Romeo … that I wanted them to fix
the system so I didn’t get pixilated pictures etc. That guy said the tech would fix my channel line-up! Friday morning about 9am Alfred
the ComCast service tech came and he brought an analog cable box … that’s
what his service order had. He wanted
to hook that up to my HD TiVo using a composite cable and stereo audio pair. I told him I didn’t buy a new wide screen
HD TV and HD TiVo to get analog TV service.
I also told him several times that I was told I would get my TV
service as I had before … Alfred said I had to call 800 ComCast to get my
channel line-up corrected … I told him they told me he would take care of
that … and as he’s trying to give me what Romeo and promised we find there
are no component inputs on the TiVo so he can’t even send audio/video to my
TiVo from the ComCast cable box!
After a while we finally settled on me having a new M-Card (I asked
for a M2-Card as specified on all the forums) but he said he didn’t have
M2-Cards … so I got the M-Card in the TiVo hopefully that fixes the
pixilation problems … and I have the ComCast DVR so I can record shows on
both for comparison but the ComCast DVR is hooked up to a different input on
my TV. I still don’t have the Science
Channel 756 or the others I had last Tuesday … like National Geographic etc…
I left another message on Romeo’s telephone (he keep promising to call back
the same day.) I plan to call Romeo each day and I guess I’ll have to bitch at ComCast 800 service too … but so far they’re saying I have to pay an additional $60 or more on my bill now because my service changed and the prices are higher … my original contract expired a month ago and that’s why I don’t receive the channels any more. I try to explain that last Tuesday before Romeo made a bunch of false promises I had all the channels and the pixilation and slow internet speeds were the only problems … now I have more problems! See all the sample problems I posted on YouTube.com … search on wperko or Comcast TV http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Comcast+Cable+Service&search_type=&aq=f |

Crappy working environments … After I got dumped Oct. 1999 I
had pretty much had it with working for any company. I worked my jobs … I didn’t lie on my
résumé … I helped co-workers as much as I could. Payback was lying, cheating and backstabbing … a new boss who’s
job was to get rid of us and he used any excuse including the lies to justify
screwing with me and getting rid of me.
Eventually I got framed on a
bogus email scam at work and was fired within 2-hours of receiving a dirty
joke email that I only forwarded to my personal home email. But that violated company policy and gave
them the grounds to dump me on the spot.
Several months later I found out
the same thing happened to four other employees the same day with the same
email. |

Kaiser-Permanente Back in the late 1980’s and early
1990’s I had Kaiser Permanente for my HMO.
I got very sick and couldn’t hardly get out of bed for a few weeks and
finally I was healthy enough to goto the clinic in San Francisco. I thought I had the worst case of the flu
as anyone could possibly get short of dying.
The nurses at Kaiser-Permanente put me in this tiny room saying the
doctor would come to look at me in a little while. I waited a really long time … finally the doctor stuck his head
in the door … looked at me and said go home and get bed rest … he never even
came in the room! He said he’d give
me a prescription for drugs I could get at the pharmacy downstairs. I had just enough energy to get down to
the pharmacy and sat in a chair … I was barely awake and so weak I couldn’t
move anymore … I heard the people call my name
to pick-up my prescription, but I couldn’t get up out of the chair. Finally after a long while an old lady saw
me squirm when they called my name each time … she came over and asked me if
that was my name and I muttered a “yes” to her and so she went to the counter
and told the people there I was too sick to move and needed help. Nobody from Kaiser-Permanente did a damn
thing … I guess it wasn’t their job to help people in the pharmacy and nobody
sent a nurse or doctor down to check on me.
Finally, the lady got my
prescription for me, she ordered a taxi and took me home, put me to bed and
took care of me for a few day’s (I actually don’t know how long she did this because
I was so sick I had no concept of time at all) … when I finally came alive
again I thanked her and she said it was alright and was complaining about how
Kaiser-Permanente would leave me to die in that chair in the pharmacy rather
than care for me. She left, she never
told me her name or anything about herself … but I’m pretty sure she saved my
life. |

Vetrans Administration Back in the 1970’s when I got out
of the Navy I signed-up for the G.I. Bill and it helped me pay for college
classes … but I also tried to sign-up for other promised VA benefits but the
people at the VA at Fort Snelling seemed to treat me as a leper rather than a
veteran. I had heard of a program
that would allow me to take A&P classes and they wouldn’t cost me a cent
and I tried to sign-up for those classes … the person I gave my paperwork to
said I’d go on the list … after a couple of years I went back and signed-up
again to get on the list because they couldn’t find my name on the list … I
never did get called to goto school there.
So I had pretty much given up on getting any VA benefits until I
bought my first home in the mid 1990’s and the realtor and banker had me fill
out all the papers and get the VA guaranteed loan. Sadly, the realtors who helped me sell that home didn’t point
out that the new buyer could transfer the VA guaranteed loan back to me for
my next house … so I don’t have that to help me anymore. When I moved to Keaau, Hawaii I
signed-up for VA health benefits at the local clinic in Hilo. Immediately I felt like I was an important
person … they made me come in for check-ups very regularly, the nurse seemed
to have an agenda to help me find ways to make the quality of life better for
me. When I moved to Tucson, Arizona
again I got much more attention from the VA for my health and quality of life
than I ever received from any HMO I had been paying through the nose for all
my working life. Now I’m living in Hayward,
California … I signed-up for VA healthcare at the Palo Alto clinic … but I
don’t think they even know I exist.
I’ve called a few times about problems and mostly seem to be put off …
they don’t want me to come in for a check-up or to see if anything needs
caring for. It’s just a wait on the
phone for help, then help say’s take care of myself and hangs-up. The initial signing up got me a quick
5-minute check-up. The doctor
transferred my prescriptions from Tucson to Palo Alto in the computer and I
was out of there. Later I tried the MOVE clinic for
dieting to help control my weight … the nurse there was basically mean,
didn’t listen to anything I had to say and told me I should eat “Lean
Cuisine” pre-packaged foods and Fruit Slushies. Even though I told her I had gained too much weight from eating
fruit when I lived in Hawaii she insisted I should eat lots of fruit and
making slushies was the best way. When I received a bill for the
last prescription refill I called to tell VA I had no money, I’d probably be
homeless in a few months. I had
actually called before asking for help … I called one time about helping me
find a job even and was told to goto the offices in Palo Alto in person and
look for at job listings in the office rather than on the internet. I’m supposed to drive 50 miles, pay tolls
to look at job listings on paper when I should have the same job listings
available online? I’ve told at least
3 people now at the Palo Alto VA I’m about to go homeless, I haven’t had a
job for almost 10-years even though I’ve applied for thousands of jobs. |

Geeze all the stupid crap about
gay’s … just leave them alone … they’re just people like anybody else … and
if they want to marry, then fine, let them marry … Religion has caused so
much hate, violence, sexual perversions and war … it’s time for people to realize
that their religious beliefs should be private to themselves and not try to
force others to live by their own private beliefs! |

For the girls that went seeking excitement instead of
developing a real loving relationship … that is why in
nature there is STDs … AIDS … CRABS … etc… So much for your body your choices … you got the diseases
and I didn’t! You waited until the biological clock ticked your chances
away too! I hope you can at least help
teach other girls that they should be developing relationships as early as
possible so that when it’s legal and you’ve found a mark, you can get married
and have kids during their best pregnancy years. |

I’ve just hit the end of the
line … I’m too tired to keep on fighting to make a living, trying to make a
mark in the world that might actually help people and really tired crap
hardware, crap software and crap warranties etc… |
